Autocadd Operator
Site visitation and inspection in the on-going project
Coordination with Contractor.
Canvass and Purchasing of construction materials and furniture of possible suppliers with the Architects.
Attending client meeting with owner and the architect.
Coordinate with Associate Designer in the architectural drawings of the project for the revision of the plans.
Making a punch list of the completed works in the projects

Sr. Architectural Design Officer
Prepares routine production work of preparing working drawings for permits, bidding and construction.
Coordinates with External Consultants/Designers ,Planners from Conceptual design to Construction plans.
Corrects, updates and keeps track of revisions to plans.
Does minor design and detailing work
Assist in the preparation of presentation drawings, graphics or rendering.
Prepares and keeps file of project specification and related building documents.
Attend coordination meetings and performs occasional site visit to familiarized and keep track of construction development.
Prepares paper works specifically summary of areas, endorsement letter for billings, and Certificate of Completion and others documents needed internally and externally..
Coordinates ,provides and approved site request for RFI/RFA.
Assist other teams to meet their deadlines in their respective handled projects.
Other functions related to works as instructed by SAVP,VP and the Executive Committee.
